Description: Worthington Precision Metals has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer with a background in multi-spindle, rotary transfer and CNC machining. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering and a minimum of five years experience in precision metal machining. The ideal applicant should be familiar with various types of high volume machine shop processes such as turning, grinding, and milling. A strong tooling background, knowledge of control plans and FMEA’s, and excellent communication and organizational skills are desired. A CPIM from APICS is a definite plus.
